While participating in our lotteries, you agree to be consistent with the following rules:
1. You should be not less than 16 years old.
2. All prize-related taxes player pays himself.
3. You realize, that in any fair lottery there are both players: winners and losers.
4. All monetary operations in our system are realized with the use of WebMoney
title units which are not a monetary units of any state.
5. All prizes are paid minus the WebMoney Transfer System charge fee, i.e. 0.8%
outgoing transaction fee, but no less than 0.01wmz.
6. There can be delays with payment of prizes (but no more than 24 hours) because
all operations on payment and payment of prizes are automated. If you have faced with a
similar problem you should immediately contact us and tell us yours WMID, yours WMZ purse,
the sum of the rate, an exact game time, the bill number, version of WM Keeper. Your money
cannot be lost simply because of the connections problems, your prize will be paid in a
manual mode - we write down data about all played tickets.
7. The present rules can be changed without the prior notification.
8. By making payment for participation in any of our lotteries, you agree to comply
